Installing or displaying a sign on a property incurs no fees for the duration it remains posted.

Yard Arm Posts Installation and Maintenance

• We offer installation and removal services for yard arm posts, suitable for real estate and sale signs. Our posts come painted, and are available in standard colors like white and black, with the option for custom colors upon request. Additionally, we can attach information boxes, riders, and sign panels as needed.

• Our team conducts yearly inspections to ensure posts are in optimal condition, providing straightening or replacement services free of charge.

• We also provide complimentary storage services for your office signs.

• Frame signs are installed and removed for a specific fee. We can collect these frames from your office or the property site if left there. Upon request, we ensure the return of these frames once removed.

• For the safety of our team, we request that signs be placed at the front of the property. We avoid retrieving signs from the back of properties, inside garages, on neighboring properties, or from areas considered unsafe.

• We are not liable for any damage to unmarked dog fences.

Service Zones

Zone One: Includes Chesterfield, Chester, Colonial Heights, Hanover, Henrico, and the City of Richmond. This zone benefits from complimentary post removal services for previously installed posts.

Zone Two: Covers Amelia, Caroline, Charles City, Dinwiddie, Goochland, King William, Louisa, New Kent, Powhatan, Prince George, the City of Hopewell, and the City of Petersburg, also offering free post removal services for posts installed by us.

Zone Three: Encompasses Cumberland, Essex, Gloucester, James City, King and Queen, Matthews, Middlesex, Nottoway, Orange, Surry, Sussex, Tappahannock, Westmoreland, among others. Removal services in this zone incur an additional charge.

Heartland Signworks retains ownership of all installed posts. We do not permit relocating our posts from one listing to another without explicit approval. Unauthorized relocations will result in the removal of the post or billing for a new post installation.
